Grape varieties blend: Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet-Sauvignon 30%
Vinification: Separate fermentation for each variety on controlled temperature (25° C to 30°C) without "governo".
Maturation and refinement: French oak (Allier, Nevers, Tronçais, Vosges) 60% and American oak (West Cumberland) barriques for 1 year, then long refinement in bottle (min.1 year).
