Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%
Vinification: Separate fermentation for each variety on controlled temperature (25° to 30° C) without " governo".
Maturation and Refinement: French Oak (Allier, Nevers, Tronçais, Vosges) 90% and American Oak (West Cumberland) 10% barriques, then long refinement in bottle (1 year).
