Grape varieties blend: Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet-Sauvignon 30%
Vinification: Separate fermentation for each variety on controlled temperature (25° to 30° C) without "governo".
Maturation and Refinement: French oak (Allier, Nevers, Tronçais, Vosges) 60% and American oak (West Cumberland) 40% barriques for 1 year, then long refinement in bottle (min. 6 months).
