Vinification: Traditional style with "governo", temperature of fermentation between 25° and 30°C.
Maturation and Refinement: Oak casks (about 2 years) then bottle (minimum 6 months) .
Organoleptic Characteristics of the wine:
Colour: brilliant garnet red.
Bouquet: intense, rich and elegant, ethereal (violet and iris).
Flavour: dry but rich, strong body, soft tannins, well balanced with light "goudron" touch, cherries and dry fruits, full and harmonic character.
Alcohol 13,6%, Total acidity 6,2 g/l, Dry extract 27,1 g/l
