Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%

Vinification: Traditional style with "governo". Temperature of fermentation between 25° e 30° C.

Mauration and Refinement: Oak casks in (about 2 years) then bottle (minimum 6 months).

Organoleptic Characteristics of the wine:

Colour: Intense ruby red with a slight tendence to grenat;

Bouquet:Intense, elegant, notes of ripe red fruits and oak;

Flavour:Very good structure, harmonious with intense tanins, notes of fruits and spices, mellow with very long persistance.
