Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%

Vinification: Traditional style with "governo". Temperature of fermentation between 25 e 30 C.

Mauration and Refinement: Oak casks in (about 2 years) then bottle (minimum 6 months).

Organoleptic Characteristics of the wine:


Colour: Intense red with ruby glints;


Bouquet:Dominated by floral and red fruits notes, cherry evoluting to prune, delicate spicy finish with pleasant tobacco notes.


Flavour: Fresh and sapid opening, backed by a solid structure with delicate but intense tanins. Good final persistence.
