Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%

Vinification: Traditional style with "governo". Temperature of fermentation between 25 e 30 C.

Mauration and Refinement: Oak casks in (about 2 years) then bottle (minimum 6 months).

Organoleptic Characteristics of the wine:


Colour: Ruby red tending to garnet; 


Bouquet:Rich and full bouquet, well balanced, cherry, wild berry, licorish and spicy aftertaste 


Flavour:Very intense, full but well balanced,  well structured tannins, persistant,final tones of Vanilla and licorish
