Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%

Vinification: Traditional style with "governo". Temperature of fermentation between 25° e 30° C.

Mauration and Refinement: Oak casks in (about 2 years) then bottle (minimum 6 months).

Bouquet:Intense and elegant bouquet, nose of cherry, wild berry fruits and vainilla;

Flavour:Beautiful structure, harmonious and elegant, full but well balanced, deep and elegant tannins, very long persistance, "goudron" and light licorish.
