Classification: D.O.C.

Grape Varieties Blend: Malvasia 40%, Trebbiano 40%, Sangiovese 20%.

Vinification: Grapes harvested in September and faded on canes trays till mid January, then pressed. Must slowly fermented for 10 years in oak barrels of 225 l sealed with wax.         . 

Maturation and Refinement : Oak barrels (10 years), bottle (1 year).

Organoleptic Characteristics of the wine:

Colour:  partridge eye (slightly rosé).

Bouquet: ample, intense and aromatic (hints of faded grapes, dried fruits, apricots, honey and vanilla).

Flavour: alcoholic, dry, generous.

     Alcohol 16,3%, Total acidity 7,42 g/l, Undevelopped reduc. sugar 23,5 g/l, dry extract 33,6 g/l
