Type of distillation: Within 48 hours after the pressing of the grapes, with discontinuous steam fed still, without any presence of lees.
Maturation and Refinement: Oak barrels (3 years) then bottle.
Colour: brillant straw.
Bouquet: intense of grapes and noble wood.
Flavour: alcoholic, dry but fruity, compound of noble woods.
