Classification: Grappa (distilled grape's marc).

Blend: Fresh pomace of  Sangiovese 70%, Canaiolo 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%.

Type of distillation: Within 48 hours after the pressing of the grapes with discontinuous steam fed still, without any presence of lees. 

Maturation and Refinement: Oak barrels (1 year) then bottle.
