Type of distillation: Within 48 hours after the pressing of the grapes with discontinuous steam fed still, without any presence of lees.
Maturation and Refinement: Oak barrels (1 year) then bottle.
Bouquet: intense, grape berry and noble wood.
Flavour: alcoholic, dry but fruity.
